Rent our Classroom or Conference Room

The following rooms are available for rent at RFC's River Center in Basalt, CO.

RFC CLASSROOM RENTAL (50 Maximum Occupancy) includes: 6, 7-foot long tables, 50 chairs and use of in-ceiling projector & sound system.

RFC CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL (Occupancy 12) includes: 1 long board room style table (8’9” x 4’), 12 chairs and use of large screen display with speakers

Keep in mind:

All events and meetings must be compatible with the mission and goals of Roaring Fork Conservancy.
Rentals outside normal business hours may be permitted at the sole discretion of Roaring Fork Conservancy and are subject to additional fees. Under no circumstances can space at The River Center be used for political fundraising.
Depending on availability, Roaring Fork Conservancy staff will give a brief 5-10 minute welcome for the rental group and Event participants, providing a brief introduction to Roaring Fork Conservancy and its work, and provide brief building orientation.
RFC is a tobacco- and marijuana-free office. As such, smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted in or near The River Center. It is the Renters responsibility to communicate and enforce this to its event attendees.
